Government of Antigua & Barbuda grants the designation of Citizenship by Investment Approved Business Investment
The Citizenship by Investment Unit ("CIU") of Antigua & Barbuda granted Operose Capital ATG Investors Limited - an investment vehicle of Operose Capital CYM Investors (I) Limited fund - the designation of Citizenship by Investment Approved Business Investment up to an amount of US$15 Million over a five-year period. Operose Capital launches its first real estate fund linked to citizenship by investment
Operose Capital launches its first fund - Operose Capital CYM Investors (I) Limited - a closed-end real estate fund linked to Antigua & Barbuda Citizenship by Investment ("CIP") Program. The fund targets a total raise of US$3.2 Million to develop Nelson's Retreat project; a 24-room waterfront luxury apart-hotel situated on the international yachting mecca and luxury Caribbean hotspot, the English Harbour.
